Rivetio offers done-for-you text automation for UK trades businesses: missed-call text-back, review requests, quote follow-ups, ad lead response and related features by package. Website content describes the service in plain language; exact scope and pricing are agreed with you before you start.
Booking a call or sending the contact form does not create a contract. We will explain packages (Starter, Growth, Pro) and pricing in GBP before you commit. Demos show typical customer experiences; your live setup depends on your business details and package.
Trades businesses differ. We do not guarantee a specific number of leads, reviews, bookings or revenue. We aim to help you respond faster and follow up consistently; outcomes still depend on your market, pricing, reputation and how you run jobs on site.
We try to keep the website accurate and up to date. We may change pages, packages or features without notice. If something looks wrong, please tell us.
Links to third-party sites (for example Google, Facebook) are for convenience. We are not responsible for their content or policies.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Rivetio is not liable for any loss arising from your use of this website or reliance on its content, except where liability cannot be excluded (including death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud). Nothing here limits your statutory rights as a consumer.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts in England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections where you live in another part of the UK.
We may update these terms. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Continued use of the site after changes means you accept the updated terms.
